CONCIERGE SERVICES

From $40 per hour

  • Cleaning, pest extermination and termite maintenance

  • Seasonal opening and closing of properties

  • Getting cars, boats, and jet skis ready for use in anticipation of a seasonal stay

  • Grocery-shopping services

  • Provide personal shoppers or private chef

  • Book tickets for shows and entertainment

  • Arrange hairdresser visits 

  • Transportation services and luggage handling*

  • Organizing events and celebrations

    * plus mileage supplement ($1 per mile travel)

CONCIERGE FOR CORPORATE CLIENTS

From $50 per hour

  • Set up fishing excursions and yacht charters 

  • Arrange ticket purchases for sporting or entertainment events and plan the entire evening, including car services, and meal reservations

  • Golf reservations can be made at various golf clubs, private lessons can be scheduled, and clubs can be rented.

OVERSEE RENOVATION AND INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

Renovation services may involve painting, resurfacing cabinets, waxing floors, window cleaning, updating cabinet hardware, adding new or replacing existing lighting, and more, depending on your ideas.

Interior design may include selecting the walls colors, furniture, accessory, arts, space planning, and many more.
